Daniel founded DayGLOW Music to give children and young people access to the transformative power of music — especially in communities where arts education has been underfunded, eliminated or placed out of reach.
The mission

Its programs use percussion, movement and collaborative learning to help students build confidence, strengthen coordination, practice teamwork and discover new ways to express themselves.
The work is grounded in a simple belief:
Music is not an extra.
It is part of how young people learn who they are, how they relate to others and how they find their place in the world.
Why Daniel built it
The rhythm
was meant
to be shared.
Daniel grew up inside music.
It was passed through his family, shaped by generations of musicians and expanded through a career that carried him onto stages around the world.
DayGLOW Music grew from his desire to pass that opportunity forward.
Daniel envisioned a place where young people could encounter rhythm without pressure or competition — a place where drums and percussion could become tools for confidence, curiosity, cultural understanding and human connection.
For Daniel, DayGLOW is not separate from his life as an artist.
It is what happens when a lifetime in rhythm becomes an investment in the next generation.

At its Fayetteville, Georgia home base, DayGLOW incorporates outdoor learning spaces and Rhythm Trails into the experience, giving students room to explore sound in a relaxed natural environment.
Mindfulness
Students are encouraged to turn inward, become aware of their senses and develop a stronger understanding of themselves, their communities and the people around them.

A welcoming, noncompetitive rhythm experience designed to help participants develop confidence through drums and hand percussion.

Rhythm Around the World
A cultural exploration of rhythm through musical traditions from places including Brazil, Cuba and Puerto Rico, inviting students to experience music as both expression and connection.
Program 03
Character Building
Enrichment experiences that use collaboration, responsibility and creative participation to support the development of the whole student.

Mindfulness
Guided experiences that encourage awareness, thoughtful interaction and a deeper connection between music, body and environment.

The Rhythm Trails
Where music

outdoors.
DayGLOW Music is based on more than five acres of natural grounds in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Its Rhythm Trails lead participants into outdoor spaces created for practice, performance and discovery.
The setting is not simply a backdrop.
It is part of the learning experience — allowing rhythm, movement and nature to exist together in a way that feels open, calm and alive.
